Lateral Repairs joins the newly founded group around IMS Trenchless and Polypipe

Munich, 30 April 2026 – As of 30 April 2026, Lateral Repairs, an international manufacturer of CIPP felt liners, has joined the group of companies around IMS Trenchless, Amex Sanivar, Polypipe, Resinnovation, Kardiam and Hurricane Trenchless Technology.

Lateral Repairs develops and manufactures high-quality felt liners for CIPP applications at its production facility in Lithuania and supplies its solutions to international markets. Its portfolio is complemented by resin systems and additional components required for the efficient and reliable trenchless rehabilitation of pipeline infrastructure. The company has established a strong reputation for quality, flexibility and responsiveness in demanding project environments.

A key strength of Lateral Repairs lies in its close alignment with customer requirements. Under the continuous leadership of Drew Holland, the company combines extensive industry experience with a deep understanding of on-site application challenges.
