Pimp my BeeCoater: Two systems, one machine, for even more possibilities in pipe rehabilitation

Not every pipe is ready for coating straight after cleaning. Larger holes or cracks must first be repaired. This is where the schaummaxx Fill Repair System comes into play. With the help of the PU foam, larger areas of damage can be filled quickly. The material foams up briefly and then cures immediately. Once cured, the excess material must be milled out of the pipe. This prepares the surface for the next step: the coating.

The BeeCoater light takes care of the next step. Using RabbitResin, the inside of the pipe is coated by spray or brush application, giving it a new, durable surface. For in-house pipework ranging from DN 40 to DN 100, the drying time is just 3–5 minutes per layer. After at least three layers, the pipe is completely watertight and will last for the next 50+ years.

What makes ‘Pimp my BeeCoater’ special is that no second machine is required to combine the two systems. Thanks to the independent replacement of the extrusion pistons, the BeeCoater can be used for both RabbitResin and the PU foam of the schaummaxx Fill Repair System.
